Cynthia is a STEM+ advisor and career advocate for technology professionals. Advocate for generative artificial intelligence (GEN AI), machine learning (ML) and corporate board of directors. Her full-time role is a Technical Software Engineering Program Manager for a major corporation in Silicon Valley, California.

When she’s not working, she travels from time-to-time, cares for her aging mother, deaf brother, and her daughter (who suffers from mental illness). Her favorite travel destinations are those with warm climates and clear water (where she can see the bottom of the ocean floor and to make sure there is nothing larger than herself and that may find her as a tasty treat).

Her motto is to “treat others the way you want to be treated.” She believes in mutual respect without passing judgement on others and diversity.

For enjoyment, she enjoys gardening, travel, broadway shows or musicals, modeling, cooking and the occasional celebrity sighting.
